Day 1- Arrival at kilimanjaro Airport
In a hustling and very bustling city of 1.6 million people, Arusha Coffee Lodge is the perfect hideaway for a spot of pre or post safari rejuvenation. DAY 2- TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Head off for Tarangire National Park, where ancient baobab trees tower over some of the largest herds of elephants in all of Africa. Keep a lookout for the hundreds of bird species Tarangire is known for—and dramatic interactions between predator and prey at the park’s watering holes.
DAY 3-NGORONGORO CRATER
Just 10 miles wide, Ngorongoro Crater was formed from a collapsed volcano. It’s now a self-sustaining ecosystem with the densest predator population in all of Africa. Camping on the Crater’s rim offers you early morning access to its wildlife-filled floor before any other safari-goers.
DAY 4/5-SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Head for the iconic Serengeti, where acacia trees and granite kopjes dot the seas of waving grass. The Serengeti offers everyday opportunities to spot Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife—including big cats—and witness dramatic moments in the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras
DAY 6-11 ZANZIBAR ISLAND
Welcome to mesmerizing Zanzibar, the perfect location to relax and enjoy the ‘downtime’ you deserve.
